TAIWAN AUTOMOBILITY RESEARCH CONSORTIUM

TARC was established under the leadership of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, uniting the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC), Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC), National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST), Institute for Information Industry (III), and key industry partners. With a focus on technological innovation and industry-driven needs, they support the automotive sector in strengthening global competitiveness.
Alongside a full identity rebranding, the brand also formally adopts the English name TARC. Building on its existing core values, the renewed identity further extends its vision, responding to a rapidly evolving era of mobility. It expresses Infinite Momentum—the capacity to keep moving steadily amid constant change—while emphasizing the Infinite Possibilities inherent in the future of autonomous driving. The brand mark blends heritage and innovation, combining two infinite-loop t forms with a drive-axle–inspired wordmark to outline a complete vehicle in forward motion. It conveys a forward-looking vision and a steadfast commitment to embracing future challenges.



台灣車輛移動研發聯盟

TARC 台灣車輛移動研發聯盟,在經濟部主導下成立,結合工研院、車輛研究測試中心、金屬工業研究發展中心、中山科學研究院、資策會及產業夥伴,以技術創新與產業需求為核心,協助車輛產業把握國際市場機會並提升競爭力。
不僅重新建構品牌識別系統,同時將英文名稱正式定名為 TARC。全新識別於既有核心價值上進一步延展,在面對瞬息萬變的駕駛新時代,展現應對變動仍持續運轉的「無限動能」,並更聚焦於自動駕駛未來發展所蘊含的「無限可能」。品牌標誌乘載新舊融合精神,以雙乘無限循環的 t 與象徵驅動輪軸的標準字結合,勾勒出一輛完整而前行的車體意象,更共載著對未來的前瞻視野與迎接所有挑戰的堅定承諾。
