WESTLAND WHISKEY

Westland Single Malt Whiskey Distillery was founded in 2010 in Seattle, USA. Influenced by the terroir of the Pacific Northwest, the region’s climate supports barley with enhanced saccharification potential, while the Cedar River, flowing from the Cascade Mountains, provides exceptionally pure, low-mineral water—forming an ideal base for distillation. The distillery is guided by a core philosophy that barley, water, yeast, and oak casks are fundamental to shaping whisky character, resulting in whiskies with a distinctly American identity. Aligned with this philosophy beyond flavor, the packaging design translates the layered aromas and mouthfeel into a refined visual expression. It reinforces the distinct identity of this series, produced exclusively for select channels.

Westland 單一麥芽威士忌酒廠成立於 2010 年，坐落於美國西雅圖，位在太平洋西北地區的氣候滋養下的風土，讓大麥具備更深邃的糖化反應，從喀斯喀特山脈流下的錫達河，水質潔淨、礦物質含量低，為蒸餾提供完美基底。其秉持著一個核心信念，即大麥、水、酵母、橡木桶這四大原物料，皆會對威士忌風味產生深遠影響，造就有明顯美國特色的威士忌，也像在改寫單一麥芽威士忌的世界觀。除了風味源於風土，加以呈現豐富香氣與玩味口感的視覺轉化，讓這系列專為特殊通路生產的包裝更具獨特性。
